Retreats

Some breakthroughs require a different kind of space.

When the day-to-day falls away, something deeper becomes possible.

The conversations that matter most rarely happen in a conference room. They happen when you step away from the noise long enough to hear what you have been overriding.

I design and lead private retreat experiences for executives and leadership teams around the question, decision, or pressure point that needs more than another meeting.

Executive Retreats

Intensive. Personal. Built Around You.

For the executive who needs room to think beyond the next meeting.

Executive Retreats are private, immersive experiences for individual leaders or small leadership teams. They make room for the conversation a standard session cannot hold.

We build the retreat around the decision, relationship, or pressure point that has your attention. It can take place on-site at your organization, at a destination you choose, or in a setting I curate for you.

Depending on the purpose, an experience may be designed for you alone, your leadership team, or the important relationships that intersect with your leadership and life.

What a retreat may include

  • Private executive advisory conversations
  • Leadership 360 perspective and on-site shadowing
  • Organizational culture and market value assessment
  • Somatic and nervous system practices
  • Strategic planning and vision work
  • Leadership style development
  • Team and C-suite facilitation
  • Restorative movement and nature-based experiences

"The goal isn't to fix you. It's to remind you of who you are when the pressure isn't running the show."

Visionary Retreats

Think Bigger. Lead Differently. Live on Purpose.

For leaders who are ready to stop managing their life and start designing it.

Visionary Retreats are for the leader who has achieved a great deal — and is beginning to ask what comes next. Not what's next on the strategic plan. What's next for them.

These experiences create space to ask what you actually want, redefine direction and consider who you are becoming in the next chapter of leadership. They are part strategic, part restorative and deeply personal.

Visionary Retreats often mark a turning point — the moment a leader stops reacting to their life and begins consciously designing it.

"Leadership isn't just what you do. It's who you're becoming — and whether that person is someone you actually want to be."

What a visionary retreat may include

  • Purpose and legacy exploration
  • What matters most and the life you want to build
  • Leadership identity and next-chapter visioning
  • Guided reflection and journaling
  • Somatic awareness and embodiment practices
  • Strategic life and leadership planning
  • Nature-based and restorative experiences
  • Integration and accountability planning

Every Setting Is Intentional

Retreats can take place anywhere — a mountain lodge, a coastal property, your own ranch, a destination you've always wanted to visit, or my curated locations in Colorado and beyond. The environment is part of the experience.

This Work Is Personal

Every retreat is a private engagement. There are no group programs, no fixed agendas, and no off-the-shelf experiences. I work with a limited number of retreat clients each year to ensure the depth and attention each leader deserves.
