How We Work Together
My clients work with me on retainer, with a 60-day notice period. For those who commit to a full year, the investment is structured differently — and the depth of what we can accomplish together is significantly greater.
Annual partnerships can include executive coaching, customized retreats multiple times a year, on-site leadership shadowing, organizational culture and market value assessments, and leadership team development. You can bring your C-suite, your broader team, or your family into the work. I come to you.
I represent leaders in positions of power — because I understand the weight of that position. The decisions you make affect the livelihoods, wellbeing, and futures of the people who work for you. A single unconscious decision can do damage you may never fully see.
My job is to keep you on track, hold you accountable, call you out when needed, and show up as whatever you need in the moment — guide, strategist, truth-teller, cheerleader, or the one person in the room who will say what no one else will.
