What it is
This is a private peer advisory group for locally involved CEOs of Colorado businesses. A small, carefully selected group of leaders who meet regularly to challenge each other's thinking, share hard-won experience, and hold each other accountable to the decisions that matter most.

How it works
We meet monthly. Each session is structured around real issues — the ones you're actually wrestling with, not the ones that are safe to share. Between sessions, you have access to me and to each other. The relationships built in this room often last decades.
